How to make a Brinjal recipe

Ingredients:

Brinjal 250 grams
2 medium size sliced Onions 
3 green mirchi
1/2 tablespoon garam masala
1 1/2tablespoon redchilli powder
1 tablespoon cumin seeds
1 tablespoon ginger garlic paste
2 tablespoons lemon
turmeric powder 1/4 tablespoon
oil 3 tablespoons
salt as required


How to prepare brinjal recipe:


take a bowl and some water and salt to wash the brinjals.

take each brinjal and cut it into two parts upto middle of the piece and put all brinjals into water bowl.

to prepare gravy take a blender and add sliced onions, mirchi, cuminseeds, gram masala powder, garlic ginger paste.

blend it for 20 to 30 sec to make a smooth pate.

take that paste into plate and add red chilli powder, salt, turmeric powder and mix them with paste very well.

put that paste into each brinjal and remaing paste keep aside. later we will use it as gravy. 

take kadai or pan and add oil with low to medium flame.

add the brinjals to that oil and fry them for 2 to 3 minutes on medium flame and cover it with lid.

after that add remainig paste and mix very well and cover with lid for 2 minutes.

then add half to one glass of water and lemon to mixer and cover with lid for 7 to 10 min.

for every two minutes mix the curry once.

now taste it once and if salt is required then add it to curry.

now brinjal curry is ready to eat and serve hot.
