Ingredients:
1 large com cob (makai)
8 bread slices
1 1/2cup grated cheese
1 tablespoon red chili powder
l teaspoon oregano (optional)
1/4 teaspoon black pepper or add as required
l tablespoon butter or olive oil
2 to 3 cups water to boil the corn cob
salt as required
How to prepare recipe:
1. If you have any leaves for corn we have to remove the leaves and discard them.
2. Remove the corn kernel to boil the corn.
3. heat some water with some salt added to it and boil the corn for about 15-20 minutes. you could also pressure cook the corn with 3 to 4 whistles.
4. Let the pressure cooker by it self. Once it is cooled remove the lid and add that corn kernels to bowl.
5. add pepper powder, red chilli powder and salt to corn and mix everything well and keep aside.
6. spray some olive oil or butter on one side of the bread. keep this side touching to sandwhich toaster.
7. again spray some butter on the side facing you. keep one slice a side.
8. take another slice and spray some butter then add grated cheese on the bread slice.
9. top the cheese shrewish the corn mixture. cover it with another slice of bread. grill the com cheese sandwich till done.
10. serve the hot corn cheese toast with tomato sauce or some cheesy dip.
