How prepare easy and quick Gravy recipe for biryani and pulao:


Easy and quick making of gravy for biryani


Ingredients:

2 tablespoons oil
1 medium size onion sliced
2 medium tomatoes
1/2 tablespoon garlic ginger paste
1 tablespoon red chilli powder
1/4 tablespoon turmeric powder
1/2 tablespoon coriander powder
2 tablespoons curd
2 tablespoons lemon
salt as required

Preparation of gravy recipe:

  • take a pan or kadai and oil with low to medium flame.
  • add onions and make them fry for 2 minutes
  • then add tomatoes and make them fry for 4 to 5 minutes with medium to high flame.
  • stir it once for each minute until tomatoes lost their raw smell.
  • now add garlic ginger paste and mix well wait until it will get disappear.
  • now add red chili powder and salt then stir well.
  • then switch off the flame and take it into mixer grinder.
  • grind until get it as smooth paste and keep it aside.
  • again take a pan add 1 tablespoon oil with low flame.
  • now add paste to this oil and stir it once.
  • add 100 to 150 ml of water to that paste and stir it well.
  • you can add water depends on thickness you want.
  • now add 1/4th tablespoon turmeric powder and salt as per your taste.
  • stir it well and switch off the flame.
  • now gravy is ready. serve it hot with yammy biryani or pulao.

Step by step process of preparing gravy with photos:

now gravy is ready and take it into bowl serve it hot with yammy biryani or pulao.
